Finding Hope In The Darkness
In today’s world, most people will experience the darkness of depression at some point in their lives. Through passages like Psalm 88, the Bible shows us Christians are not exempt from struggling in this way, yet many in the church suffer silently out of a sense of shame or misplaced guilt. It is therefore essential that we come to a biblical understanding of both what depression is and how the gospel gives us hope even when we cannot see the light.
